James Pons is a Barcelona-based photographer, visual artist, and creative entrepreneur known for his minimalist photographic style and multidisciplinary approach. Born in Geneva, Switzerland, and raised in Spain, his international background informs both his artistic sensibility and narrative-driven creative practice.

His work includes portraiture, architectural photography, and natural studies, characterized by refined simplicity and subtle emotional depth. Alongside his artistic career, Pons is the co-founder of Hotel Casa Nereta and Bistro Nereta, where he integrates branding, hospitality, and design into holistic, experience-focused projects.

He is also a co-founder of the Joan Ponç Foundation — honoring the legacy of his grandfather, renowned Catalan painter Joan Ponç — set to officially launch in 2026.

Outside of photography and creative direction, Pons continues to expand his artistic expression as a singer-songwriter and visual artist.
